Description
Indian Monsoon Malabar is a coffee from the Malabar coast of India, processed by exposing green coffee beans to moist monsoon winds for several months. This unique “monsooning” process causes the beans to swell, turn a pale color, and develop a distinctive, bold, and earthy flavor with low acidity and spicy or chocolatey notes
